1Your Family2Volunteer Roles Our Cooperative CommunityWashington Park Early Learning Center (WPELC) is a nonprofit parent cooperative. Through the collective efforts of families over the past 45 years, our school has thrived and grown from the first informal classes to the amazing place it is today.
