The May 2026 tuition is used as a retainer fee and is non-refundable. If May 2026 tuition is not paid by this date, I understand that my child will be dropped from the roster and no longer have a place at WPELC. I will pay September 2025 tuition and annual Activity Fee by the due date outlined in my acceptance letter. Both fees are non-refundable. If September 2025 tuition and Activity Fee are not paid by this date, I understand that my child will be dropped from the roster and no longer have a place at WPELC. I will submit all school enrollment forms and required medical records for my child by the due date outlined in my acceptance letter. To ensure compliance with and maintain the preschool license, I understand that if medical records (immunization record & medical examination form) are not submitted on time, my child will not be allowed to attend WPELC until the forms are submitted. I also understand that I must submit updated medical examination and immunization records annually based on the date on the record or my child will not be allowed to attend. NOTE: This is not applicable for children enrolled in the Parent-Tot class. I will pay the monthly tuition by the first day of each month. A seven-day grace period is allowed at the beginning of each month after which a $25 late fee is applied. If the tuition is in arrears by 30 days, my child will not be allowed to attend class until tuition is paid and may be dropped from enrollment. I understand that WPELC is a parent cooperative preschool which means parent participation is paramount to the success of the school’s operation, including keeping costs down. I understand that it is my responsibility to volunteer my time and talents to benefit the school as follows: I will be an active member of the Board or standing committee, meaning I will take initiative to engage with projects and tasks throughout the school year; I will participate as a helping parent and provide snack on a rotating basis throughout the school year; I will participate in all fundraising efforts or participate in the buy-out options; I will complete cleaning as a helping parent and at the all school clean-up days; and I will attend the Spring & Fall General Meetings, and two parent/teacher conferences. Note: Families only attending the Parent-Tot class are encouraged to participate in fundraising, but it is not mandatory. I agree to abide by the policies contained in the WPELC Parent Handbook including the Bylaws and any other policies set by the WPELC Board of Directors because those policies impact WPELC students, teachers and neighbors. I understand that this is the current version of the handbook, and an updated version will be provided to me before the beginning of the next school year. I agree to notify the Administrative Assistant of any changes to our family’s contact information or to my child’s emergency contact information and approved pick up persons so that the school can maintain current records. I understand that if I decide to withdraw my child from WPELC, I will owe tuition for four weeks following my written notice of withdrawal, and I will owe fundraising obligations through the end of that four-week notice period. I understand that WPELC will communicate with me primarily through email. SignatureFamily Commitment & Agreement*I am willing to, and understand that I must, fulfill WPELC’s parent co-operative commitments in order to remain a member in good standing at the school. I understand that the failure to fulfill these commitments – including but not limited to our family’s volunteer role(s), helping parent tasks, fundraising requirements and meeting attendance – may jeopardize my child’s place in the school this year and my child may not be allowed to re-enroll for the following school year. I accept the Family Commitment & Agreement terms. Parent/Guardian Signature*Second Parent/Guardian Signature*
